One had his pump pulled and extended another 100'. Another relented and hooked up with the local MUD at a cost in excess of $3,000 plus the cost of running the line from the meter on the County RD along his long drive to his home. The Third is still having water hauled in one thousand gallons at a time at an excessive fee while he tries to set aside enough funds to extend the depth of his well.

Belwether BillRiverwalkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03750123680244699257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8000978246179420267.post-52934463976051368002008-08-20T07:19:00.000-05:002008-08-20T07:19:00.000-05:00Agreed - great post. If I recall correctly a 1200 sq ft roof collects well over 1000 gals with 1inch of rain.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8000978246179420267.post-44597493195631402492008-08-20T00:13:00.000-05:002008-08-20T00:13:00.000-05:00Great post Mayberry!RWGreat post Mayberry!

RWriverwalkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01575212890278793911noreply@blogger.com
