1st of all - Thank you for the prize, really nice of you to do that.
Regardless of where you live, potable water is a priority. Boiling is a sure way to clean any natural contaminants (NOT CHEMICAL), but boiling takes quite a while, especially for a crowd, and uses fuel that may be hard to come by. The SODIS method definitely has possibilities for low tech use.
Thanks again.

Oops - that was STUPID! JRG April 4 6:18.
Thanks Riverwalker.
I'm a single mom who has been prepping most of my life. This would be a great gift to give my teenage son to start his own bug out bag by himself.
thank you for offering this water purifier as a prize. I had never heard of it before, so looked it up on line. It looks great in the video.
We have an electric-battery-wind up emergency weather radio, also a wind up flash light.
So this little water purifier will feel right at home here with the other wind ups.

I'm a 36 year old who would really like this as a replacement for my homade one please email me back at bestdeerhunterever13@gmail .com
Great Prize! As a newer prepper, with the wind up lights and radio, and the MRE boxes. This would help to keep our water safer. Thanks for the opportunity! God Bless and keep us all safe. Trish692@aol.com
Living in Earthquake Country in California, having clean, safe water in the event of an emergency is a must. This would be a great addition to our earthquake preparedness kit.

What I find so wonderful about the SteriPen is that it kills viruses. Many filters do not filter them out. Deb R.
I'm a new prepper in Louisiana. Wife thinks I am nuts but I bet she won't have a problem next hurricane season or worse. New to your site. mudsguide@yahoo.com
Thank you for making this possible. I had never heard of this until your post. This sounds better than the LifeStraw! My husband and I have 4 kids who are all starting to get used to our prepping ways. We just started last October. Slowly but surely, we will build it all up to where we feel comfortable with our preps. Living in North Texas, lots of things could happen. smiln32 @ gmail . com
